Add to Claude Desktop

Open your Claude Desktop config file and add the following to the mcpServers section:

Restart Claude

After saving the config, restart Claude Desktop. You should see Dead on Arrival appear in your MCP tools list with 8 available tools.

Claude will use the MCP tools to generate a unique case, and you can investigate by having a natural conversation. Ask Claude to examine locations, interrogate suspects, and when you're ready — make your accusation.

The AI acts as your detective assistant — it describes scenes, conveys suspect reactions, and tracks your evidence. You make all the decisions. Every case is procedurally generated, so no two playthroughs are the same.
